I can't really say enough about Brian and his team. I've been a customer for the past 5-6 years and have never had anything but the best experience. If you've seen those TV commercials where the state farm agent magically appears at the scene of an accident, that's not too far off from the truth. I've been involved in a few auto accidents and Brian's response, support, and follow-through have been stellar. He's also able to really think outside the box and deliver creative solutions to problems. Even if I knew I could get better rates elsewhere, honestly it wouldn't matter and I would still stay with Brian and State Farm because when it really counts I can't put a price the level of customer service that they provide. I'm a customer for life!
