As is always the case, the problems happen on the weekends!! For us, it was a Friday night at about 7:oo PM, and our sewer line backed up due to a problem with tree roots. Mature trees are great, but roots in the line are a result. What do you do? Call Roto Rooter, of course.\r
Our Roto Rooter Tech, ZO, arrived quite timely, and immediately began to ascertain the location of our problem. He was extremely thorough and comprehensive in his approach, and we appreciated this. He checked both clean outs outside the house as well as our utility room drain; having us flush toilets and empty the washer in order to see evidence of the problem. He immediately diagnosed and pursed the problem. In less that an hour our line was open and our problem was solved. The reason this is so important is because our seven year old Granddaughter was scheduled to spend a week with us beginning Sunday, and she goes through lots of water!!\r
We are so thankful for the great job Zo did for us. Please not only thank him, but also commend him for his great service to us.
