My repair took 3 weeks. They neglected to keep me in the loop every time they encountered a problem. It ended up costing me thousands of dollars. And even though I ended up with a new engine, they neglected to put coolant in the radiator and only put water. And this after the reason the car was there in the first place was because it over heated. I suspect they are skilled at repairing an engine but I don't think I got the attention that my repair warranted and in the end they did a rush job to get it finished. They even left greasy rags inside the car.
