Review content:
Arden Village does great work. They do their best to provide excellent customer service. However, it seems that walk-ins get faster service. I was told in advance to make an appointment a few days in advance because they were busy this time of the year. I then made an appointment nearly a week in advance. However, I was soon informed that 12 people were ahead of me. I had also been told earlier that my service would take about 3 hours. I assumed that meant my car would be ready around noon. Instead they hadn't looked at my car until around 11:00 am. I was provided my estimate at around 1:00 p.m. I don't know if this is standard practice to ensure my car would be serviced that day, but I assumed if I had made an appointment my car would take priority over walk-ins. When I inquired about the delay, they said I should have specified when I needed the car. These seems to imply that if I had just walked in, my car would have been serviced when I wanted it. I would recommend them if you have in mind your call will stay in the shop most of the day. Again, I don't know if this is a usual practice.
