Review content:
I had used maple before for a repair job on one of two fridges (did good work) and the repairman commented that our other fridge, a sub zero, was his real specialty and if it ever needed work, he was the guy. I called for him later and he was out recuperating for an extended period but they said they had another sub zero guy 'just as good'. that other guy reconditioned our built-in sub zero for $1300...but broke one screw foot for adjusting level in order to get it out, hacksawed off the other screw foot, then reinstalled it without feet by wedging it into position with wood shims; I complained about not having new feet installed and that the installation was so far out of plumb that the door would swing open instead of close; repairman said 'it needed to be full of food,' I filled it with food and reported to them no difference, then they said would 'look into finding feet,' never called back; I spoke to the head guy. once good, they have become extremely non responsive, pay no attention to their email contact link, and their service ethic has declined to worse than poor. I would never use them again and if you do, you're nuts.
