I have taken my dog here a few times before. The first time I was happy with my service. The second time the owner was in and she ignored my request and shaved my dog and kept calling her a "He"....I was too nice to say anything and just dealt with it. This time I was super dissapointed. My dog is going to be my ring bearer for my wedding and I called to set up an appointment for her to be groomed two days before. The lady on the phone sighed a lot and made a big deal about how the day and time I wanted wouldn't work for HER because she only had dogs booked in the morning and didn't want to wait around all day until the afternoon to wash my dog. She sighed several times and said things like, "I could leave the shop and drive all the way back just for your dog... I GUESS". She made me feel like I was a HUGE hassel. So I said never mind thanks anyway. I will never go back. That is really poor customer service.
