WE HAVE USED FLOOR COVERING SPECIALISTS THREE DIFFERENT TIMES OVER THE PAST TWENTY FIVE YEARS. THE FIRST TIME WAS WHEN WE REMODELED OUR MASTER BATH AND SHOWER . THIS INCULDED A CUSTOM BUILT CERAMIC TILE & GRANITE SHOWER WITH A BUILT IN GRANITE SEAT. DONE BY JOHN AND THE MEN FROM FCS. FIVE YEARS LATER MY WIFE'S MOTHER HAD JOHN REPLACE THE TILE FLOOR IN HER BATH WHEN THE PLUMBING HAD TO BE REPLACED.
SOME TWENTY YEARS LATER AND IN OUR SECOND HOME. WE CONTACTED JOHN AND EXPLAINED THAT WE WANTED TO CHANGE THE FLOORING IN OUR ENTRY, HALL& POWDER ROOM.
WHEN MEETING WITH JOHN AND SHOWING HIM THE LIMESTONE TILE AND PATTERN THAT WE WANTED. JOHN EXPLAINED THAT WHAT WE WERE GOING TO DO WAS MORE THAT JUST HAVE A TILE FLOOR. THE OLD FLOORING HAD TO BE REMOVED AND THE BASE THAT WE NEEDED TO USE TO PUT THE TILE ON WAS GOING TO BE INVOLVED. JOHN KEPT REMINDING US WE WERE DOING MORE THAN JUST A FLOOR. WE MUST AGREE WITH AND SAY YOU HAVE ADDED SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR HOME FOR IT IS THE FIRST THING YOU SEE WHEN ENTERING OUR HOME AND EVERY ONE SAYS.
