Review content:
We saw our ceiling leaking at about 8 p.m., shut off the water to the house, and called Roto-Rooter. There's a toddler at home so being without water for a few days until a plumber could show up was a no-go. The Roto-Rooter dispatcher called at home a personable and information-packed tech named Andre. Andre came to our house about 9 p.m., fixed the problem, and also noted another that we're going to get fixed. Andre also recommended a water damage restoration company that we are pleased with so far (this happened just two days ago).
