R&D Heating and Cooling is staffed by some of the most polite and cordial technicians that I have ever encountered. They have both installed my HVAC unit and serviced it. They pick up the phone the moment I call them and schedule appointments immediately. Having them do work for me is a nice experience, which is not something that can be said of every HVAC company. The young man they sent to my house recently was helpful, accommodating, and kind. He was super, and the service he provided was as well!
