Hmmmm. Where to begin. I recently went to esprit decor after taking a half day off of work (the only I way I could make it since they close at 5), to find myslef standing in front of exactly what I wanted. The only problem was there was no price posted. So I waited.... And waited.... And waited ... A man sitting in the corner was on the phone so I waited some more. Evently I walked up front to talk to an associate (not on the phone) I was told they were under staff, They usually have 5 people on the floor. So a woman walked up to mark ( busy talking to a friend) and asked if he could help. Standing 30 ft from away mark states "I am really busy with this customer and half to help someone else". In which case I state "if none wants to help me, then I will take my $1200 purchase somewhere else" mark replies "we don't want you business here anyways". I have never met such a group of rude incompetent people before in my life. Please dont waste your gas money, or the drive to meet mark.
