Love the dentist-Daniel Ferman, Love the hygenist-Tiffany! BUT, not happy with the office manager who is supposedly the dentist's wife, Ms. Ferman. We had issues with billing, but Ms. Ferman was unreasonable, non-personable and rude. They have another person on staff who estimates the patient portion of the fees and the dental office will file insurance for the remainder. We paid our percentage, but received a bill for over $200 in addition to our initial payment paid at the time the services were rendered. I understand the concept of "estimated cost", but this wasn't even close. We were then allowed to make payments on a monthly basis, but then we were sent a letter a month into the payments being told a $10 late fee would be added each month until the balance was paid. We weren't unwilling to pay, but the attitude behind the additional costs was very unprofessional. We had been patronizing this office for several years before this happened.
