I brought my cat here when she was very sick and the staff was very genuine. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and even stayed late so that my family could come with since we did end up having to put the animal to sleep. They also took off many charges for the tests run, because we did have to euthanize. They were wonderful and understanding. They gave us all the time we needed and even sent us flowers the next day with their condolences. We also received a card from them a few days later. How shocking!!! We now bring our new cat and new puppy here. They may have a little bit higher exam fees, but its definitely warranted since the doctors are very knowledgeable. You can also usually get a same day appointment for just about anything and they are open on Saturdays!!! I would highly recommend this facility.
