My first time to Riazzi's was a completely forgettable, mediocre. It was probably my fault, I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs but the actual spaghetti noodle was just not great. Angel hair is better. \r

But a mom-and-pop Italian joint as good as this deserved another chance. So I read the menu online, figured out the stuffed chicken, the Chicken Valastano"", was my next target, OH MY! So good!\r

The pizza is extraordinary. Thin crust, hard to describe. Simply delicious. \r

Had a delicious ""pork chop special"" on Dad's Day, marinated in one flavor, a different, complimentary sauce in top...delicious!\r

Very nice service, I'll be a regular. \r

6/25/2015- Hell, Yelp wants me to write a new review when all I want to do is update my previous.\r

It's this simple: best food in Phoenix. BEST. How do I know?\r
\r
1. I trust my taste buds. This is delicious food. The Italian dressing, not a FEATURED item, per se, but the Italian dressing is the best I've ever had in Phoenix. It's so sour...LIKE AN ITALIAN DRESSING SHOULD BE...just a mere indication of how great the food is...in detail.\r
\r
2. BUT THE REAL REASON I KNOW THIS IS GREAT FOOD: it's better the second day. Tonite I ate last nights stuffed chicken. Instead of microwave, I conventioned it, literally forgot about it for 45 mintues after it was truly reheated, and STILL, dammit! it was FANTASTIC! DELICIOUS! AS GOOD AS, BETTER THAN THE FIRST DAY!\r
\r
If Riazzi's isn't the best food in Phoenix, I know this for sure: it's my favourite!\r
\r
THE best FOOD in PHOENIX, BAR NONE!
