I cannot say enough about the staff in Smyrna TN, I wish I knew all of their names to give them ALL an individual shout out. My experience has been awesome and that's saying a lot considering it's a dentist and I have needed quite a bit of work done! Dr. Williams is the best, she is just so incredibly genuine and so comfortable to be around. Ashley is hands down one of the sweetest professionals I have been around, she exudes positive energy and enthusiasm. The girls upfront, all of them, are so nice and so attentive. Eric rocks, nothing more needs to be said on that, he just rocks! Michelle is ALWAYS fantastic, very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. The hygienist is such a lovely person and was so incredibly patient with me. She is excellent in her field and does an outstanding job. There are several other individuals here that I would love to be able to name, I just have not had as much one on one with these folks but I have not had a negative experience once while visiting this location, and I have had quite a few visits. Everybody in this office is professional and welcoming and I actually find myself looking forward to going to the dentist. I know, right? One last shout out to Dr Nguyen, the oral surgeon, I can't express enough how positive my experience was with he and both of the ladies that accompanied him the day of my oral surgery. TOP NOTCH, all of them. I was so comfortable I elected to save money and opted out of sedation, that is how comfortable they made me. That's big! Thanks to everybody at the Smyrna TN location, you guys have been awesome.
