When sales rep John Flynn told us about Owens Corning's new paintable fiberglass basement system, we were sold. He helped design and turn our vision for a multi-purpose basement into a reality by carefully listening to our concerns, meeting with us as frequently as necessary, and being an accessible liaison between us and LUX Renovations. LUX did the rest...from work permits to painting! The crew led by Melo was hard-working, neat, and polite. The final result is better than we envisioned. What was once a cold and unfinished wasted space is now a pleasant and inviting addition to our home. We are really enjoying our new basement!
