my mother in law needed plumbing help and called expert, as she has done before, Phil j. came to the house and smiled when he told me he had been here before and proudly told me he had repaired her kitchen sink and pipes. as he checked out the new problem he was friendly and polite. as the time wore on and the problem seemed to be getting worse, he kept working and telling me as he worked that he`d get to the bottom of it . as it turned out, he needed to jet the sewer line and use a chemical solution to get rid of the roots. as this was running in to more money, he was trying to help cut the costs for my mother in law by talking to his bosses, and working to solve the problem as best he could. the people at expert gave her a discount for being a repeat client and also gave her a senior discount, it still ended up being a lot of money to her, but it was still nice of them to work with her! as far as Phil J. is concerned, he was very professional and polite as well as being a master plumber! he spoke to my mother in law ,as well as my wife and myself, with kindness and consideration, explaining the options she had and what he thought would be the best plan of action! we couldn't have asked for a better or nicer person to come to our rescue!!! thank you expert plumbing, and especially Phil J.
