I called John O'Donnell on the advise of HomeAdvisor and during our phone conversation the call was breaking up. John said we should hang up and he would call back. He didn't call back for three days. When he did call back to set up an estimate, it was after hours at the business where the electrical panel needed to be replaced, so I told him to call in the morning since no one would be there. Instead, he called right after we got off the phone and no one answered, so he left a message. When the shop called him in the morning there was no answer, so they left a message. It has been a week without a call back. Nothing.
The job was a fairly simple 220v breaker panel swap out, that he said he could do, but never got back to us to even set up an appointment to see the job. John O'Donnell was a complete waste of two weeks with nothing to show for it. Save yourself a headache, find a different electrician.
