I called with an urgent request and Jose D arrived at my home that afternoon to try and remove a foreign object from the toilet flushing channel. Unable to remove the object, it was determined that the toilet would need to be replaced, so we scheduled a time for the next day. I was given the option to choose one of the toilets through the plumbing company or to go purchase one myself. I chose the latter as it was reasonable in price compared to the company's options. Jose arrived on time the next morning, removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet. It was a job done well. The bead of caulking around the base of the toilet was clean except for one spot where it was a little smeared and could have been cleaner. Lastly, the final cost of this job seemed exorbitant considering what the job entailed. I would suggest to the company to include a more affordable toilet offer in their selection grouping as this would have saved me a trip to the home improvement center to buy one.
In all, I would call upon this company again.
