I was not happy with my recent purchase. Our family ordered several flower arrangements for a funeral. We explained what we wanted and were given specifics as to what they could put together for us. Each arrangement was approx. $200 each, which was very overpriced. We mentioned pricing some other places to weigh out our options, but the florist insisted that their work was above anyone else and we would definitely get what we paid for. As it turns out, 1 of the two arrangements looked like it was put together by children. The other 2 were okay, but not worth the money we paid. A couple of weeks after, when we told the florist about our disappointment she said that she was limited to what she had to work with (when previously, she informed us and offered several things that she was going to use to make them above and beyond, ex. white wooden easels vs. wire ). She said it was only a difference of 5-6 dollars for each arrangement and that it was no big deal. Well, it was to us. She was not concerned and did not try to compensate for our disappointment. I will never use them again.
