Very poor customer service. I had an unusual glass item I wanted taken care of. I called in advance and was told my item could be taken care of, just drop it off. When I called back to check on it- was told it was not done but would definitely be done- if not that evening the next morning for sure. They never called the next day and when I called back to check on it I was told ""The guys have just been busy with windshields, Sorreee, you can come pick it back up if you want to. Extremely unprofessional. Go to Dixie Glass instead.
