After experiencing a pipe backup into my bathroom late at night I called the emergency service provided by Roto-Rooter and they were at my house within 20-25 minutes of the phone call. Had great customer service by the Roto-Rooter dispatcher as well as the technician they assigned to the problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour and had me set up with a cleaning and restoration company to come out to repair the bathroom the very next morning. I cannot say how pleased I am with this Roto-Rooter branch and their fantastic customer service that immediately responded to and fixed my problem in the middle of the night. Thanks again to the entire team for helping me through this one!
