I've always received excellent service when taking my animals in. In fact, my two dogs actually seem to enjoy a trip to the vet's. When stopping in to purchase their monthly dosage of flea medication, one of my dogs invariably tries to sneak off to the examining rooms! \r \r They have always answered my questions with knowledgeable and professional advice. Even more importantly, they always handle my pets with gentleness. After moving out of town and trying local vets, I found I was more than willing to drive the hour plus it took to reach them. They handle my dogs without hesitation or fear, who welcome their attentions in return. Other vets I'd visited reacted to the breed (australian cattle dog) with trepidation that was uncalled for and actually agitated and scared my pets who are usually very social and friendly animals.
