I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call.
When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs.
In short order he had everything back up and running and left everything clean and tidy.
I will absolutely go to Always for any more plumbing needs; whether repairs or projects.
