If I could post with no stars I would. I left my deceased mothers fur back in Feb. 2015 with an understanding they would let me know of an approx price to make it into head bands and boot toppers for all the daughters and granddaughters in the family. After about a month I called on it and was told that the owner would get back with me. After several months of no communication I called again and was told that the head bands were ready but they lost all the measurements I gave them back in February for the boot toppers. I then decided to pick them up after months of frustration and was shocked at the price for the headbands. I guess it's not the price that really bothers me it's the lack follow thru. Also when I picked up the headbands nothing was done to my instructions and on top of that they lost the original monogram out of my mother coat. This can never be replaced! The headbands looked like a monkey sewed them. Linings were not secured and the widths were various sizes and a couple of them looked like they were drunk when they were cut. I did talk to the owner about this and she apologized but really with the original monogram gone they were empty words. I will never step foot back in or recommend them.
