Review content:
We have our home and auto insurance on three vehicles with this agent. He has been good to deal with. We did have one problem with a helper in his office. We were buying a truck over the Thanksgiving weekend and called ahead to find out the details of how to add it to our policy etc. They told us the truck dealership would know just how to take care of it and that there was nothing for us to do or complete until we got to the dealership. It turns out there was things that we should have done. We called the 800 number and got another incompetent person. Finally we called back and got another person at the 800 number that was able to fix things. Mr. Bugg was out of town and no one was answering the office number. Mr. Bugg apologized from not being there "like a good neighbor" when he was informed of what happened while he was gone. I went into the office when we got tags and double checked all of the policy and had a few words with the worker that misled me. She did not like me reviewing
