Mike went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I had a showing of my house for sale the next day and when I found my frig not cooling at all I panicked. The first company I called never answered so I called Mike. He called me back very shortly. He came within 2 hours as promised (even though he was already behind from the week before) and found my problem. I though it would take a while to get my part and schedule an appointment. Mike had the part the next morning and had me going in no time...he had to actually fix 2 major things but he was prepared on the spot to take care of both. He was so knowledgeable and professional. If I had more thumbs to turn up I'd give him every one of them! Kathryn M.
