Review content:
I am Dr. Calley the owner of the clinic that is being unnecessarily bashed...I called ""speaking my mind "" client to try and help her pets and make sure we get them properly vaccinated and protected I even offered all vaccines for free. The one who wrote the offensive review she hung up on me without even speaking. I called back and left a professional nice message stating I didn't want to bother her and want to clarify and explain I caused the mix up about getting vaccine at time of spay.I did learn from this post that I don't realize how booked up I have become and that my newer staff must not have realized they were booster shots that require we work her pets in within four weeks of that day. Anyway I hope this helps and people realize my heart is in the pets, community, and my hard working staff! And I am never too busy to help a client so had I been asked I would have given the cage aggressive female dog her shot once the owner had her out and done it free of charge for all the inconvenience. I'm sorry for the clients hurt feelings but we try our best and can't please everyone.
