So we get there and its late at night on a Friday and we decide to go to the restaurant/bar for drinks. Great staff!! That was the only positive was the staff was very friendly. The next day we just want to sit by the pool and relax, that was our plan. That did not work out, the pool is located IN THE PARKING LOT! So the view you have while your relaxing is cars driving and parking all day long, which I might add the children?s playground is also located in the parking lot next to the pool and main entrance. We could not get from our room to the lobby without going outside, so this was basically a MOTEL on a golf course. If you want to go the restaurant, better get in your car and drive, if you want to go get a bicycle at the fitness center, better get in your car and drive, and the water park for kids, better get in your car and drive. So all else end fails we decide to hang out on our back porch, have some drinks and order room service. NO ROOM SERVICE!!! Are you kidding me!! Never in my life have I ever paid $200.00 a night at a resort where they did not have room service. We were so fed up with this place we decided to check out a day early and let them keep our money. Home was more fun and more relaxing than this place. I would not suggest this resort to my worst enemy!! Oh and one more thing, the rooms were below average and the shower was HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!! Motel 6 is better than this motel! Live and learn.
