Review content:
Frank at the motorcycle repair shop is very attentive. Everyone there tries to do their best. There are a lot of error and delays, but the employees just can do so much. We notice that the problem is in their procedures. There is no system in place to check and keep track of customers requests beginning to end. \r
For example, If you need new tires, you need to talk to the repair department, so they send you to the parts department to order the tires. When the parts come, they call you to let you know, but they don't know your bike is already there, so you have to call the repair department to let them know. You need to do all legwork and follow ups, otherwise your bike will be there forever. Mine stayed there for one entire month. It would be nice if they invested in a computer system to keep track of things, so all I had to do was drop it off, pay and pick it up.
