I recently rented a bed edger from these guys, it was a brand new machine, and they were thankful I rented it. I used it for about a half an hour, paid for a 4 hour rental, and they reimbursed me for the difference saying ""I can't charge you the full amount for the rental, you didn't even use the full amount, it just wouldn't be right""
That right there is customer service.
I will be back this week to continue to give my business to these guys!
