Eight times in the past 2 months I have been in this store looking for reptile supplies , each time I get told everything is sold out and is on order , yet the following week the same exact mechandise is in the store and no new stock has been added . For their Marshalls 7 lbs Ferret food they want $29.00 per bag yet every other pet store in 3 surrounding counties sells it for 19.97 - 21.00 , and when asked why such a price hike they stated they rent the store , yet Petco in Batavia is in a new building and pays more than twice the rent Country Critters does and has alot lower prices on the same exact products . This store is a joke and anyone who gives them business should have their head examined by a pyschologist .
