I would not recommend this clinic. They took my dogs from the exam room to get a weight on them and I was not told fecal tests and heartworm tests would be done on my dogs. They did both without telling me or asking me while they had my dogs in the back. Neither of these tests were needed at this time. Therefore I had an unnecessary cost of 112.00 due to these test. When I stated the fecal did not have to be done the vet told me they have to do it to give vaccinations. I have dealt with many veterinarians over the years with pets and in working for them and I have NEVER had one say a fecal was necessary for vaccinations nor was one performed if the owner stated they didn't want it done. \r
The staff had a hard time getting one of my dogs on the scale and asked me to come assist them. When I got to the back my dog was cowering to the floor and muzzled. This dog is very gentle and has NEVER had to be muzzled in the past. If the dog had been allowed to stay with me they wouldn't ha
