I have used Susan Gerrity's Allstate Agency for close to 20 years for home and auto insurance. I have gone to other companies briefly but always seem to return to this office. In addition to competitive rates with discounts for having both car and home policies, making the occasional claim has been easy and quickly resolved. Like most insurance companies, sometimes you have to look around when the rates seem like they are increasing too fast. Those are the times I have left and then usually end up coming back when I re-evaluate.
