Dear Mr. Dave W this is Joshua and I work at the Pick-N-Pull in St. Louis. Just for your information we are not allowed to go out and look for parts on cars considering we are usually busy here and have customers in our store. I drive almost 100 miles to work everyday, so its not like your any farther away then me. We try our best to help all of the customers that we can but there are some things that we just cannot do. Sorry that you had a bad experience, hopefully you do get a chance to stop at our store. And for all the other people on here thank you for the good reviews
