This was one of the worst days of my life. These people Mr. Clarence Vogt and Peter Urban has destroyed my life. They were pretending to be a legitimate moving company. Stated they would help me move at the price of 85/per hour. Everything included would be the truck, mileage, gas, supplies everything.
This was a big lie. They loaded all of my belongings, everything I own on to a truck. once the truck was loaded they refused to unload my things. they demanded a minimum of 600 dollars before they would even open the truck. i asked why. they were charging me by the hour and it had been not even two hours so that is around 170 dollars so that didn’t add up. In addition, we would not know how long it would be to unload. Again they refused to open the truck or give me my things.
Then Clarence started demanding my credit cards, checks or any money I had. I stated I didn’t have anything on me, they would have to wait for my husband to get there. Who was driving on his way there my husband was less than ten mins away. Clarence was very upset i would not give him any credit cards. he ran to the truck and drove OFF! With all of my things in it. I called 911 and report the robbery and the plate number on the truck. the police informed that truck had been reported as STOLEN.
These people took off everything I own in a stolen truck. we were left with nothing. no clothes, no couch, none of our kids things, nothing! I was screwed. the police came and let me know what they did was a felony and would be actively looking for the both of them.
Clarence has the never to call me two days after robbing me! States he has all of my things and will give it back to me if I pay him 1,200.00.
I notified the police immediately. this was a strong armed robbery and felony theft.
