Businiess name:  Michael Berrey - State Farm Insurance Agent
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I’ve never personally made an insurance claim in the past, so when I moved to Portland a few years ago, I just assumed that I should move my insurance agent, too. But that led to a real conversation with my agent, Mike Berrey, and I began to understand the value of having a relationship with one’s agent. Since then, Mike has advised me on several issues, both for myself and even for a friend. He is knowledgable, thorough, and prompt! It is hard enough to deal with accidents, emergencies, and “what ifs,” and knowing that Mike and his pleasant and competent staff will take my call and attend to it instead of having to state my problem to a complicated system of computer menus and wait for a callback is a great comfort to me. He is sensitive to economic restraints, willing to do research or to make referrals if he does not have the answers, and does not use a one-size-fits-all approach to planning. I may be living in Portland now, but my agent is Mike Berrey, State Farm Corvallis, and there are good reasons for making that decision! Thanks, Mike!
