Review content:
I went to Western Dental to have a root canal done and a few cavities taken care of. When I went in to have my work done, the dentist didn't tell me what he was doing (that he was doing the root canal and all the fillings at once), he just started injecting me with anesthetic. When I told him that I was having sensitivity while he was drilling he didn't listen to me and didn't give me more anesthetic. Then, in the middle of the root canal, with no explanation he got up and walked away, and 10 minutes later another doctor came and finished. They put a temporary crown on the root canal tooth, which not surprisingly fell off about two hours later. The next day one of the teeth they filled a cavity in started cracking. I went to another dentist who took one look at my mouth and said they had screwed my teeth up and that he would have to do everything over again. Never go to Western Dental!!!
Pros: Hours, payment plan
Cons: Incompetent staff, horrible dentists
