Review content:
The company estimated that it would take about 10 labor hours to clean my 9 rooms, kitchen and 3 bathrooms (there was dirt, but minimal clutter). When the time was almost up, I had to authorize an additional 3 labor hours ($100!) if I wanted my kitchen cleaned. Even with the 13 labor hours, they were not able to touch two rooms or the third bathroom and another room got just a quick mop of the floor. So I estimate that at the speed they worked, the full job would have taken about 20 labor hours, but the girls seemed eager to get home, so we let the rest slide.\r
The company offered to come do touch-up work on the rooms that were done (picture frames not dusted; only center of bedroom floor vacumed, etc.) but the big problem was the crazy low-ball estimate that left us half-cleaned and disappointed.
