My name is Carol Nicholas, I recently called for a Roto-Rooter plumber in Rochester, NY for a kitchen drain problem. I recieved service on June 21, 2013. The gentleman came within an hour of me calling him. I was very impressed with the service he provided. He helped me understand exactly what the problem was and was in and out with no problem. He was a very friendly man and showed me great customer appreciation. He worked within my budget and I am very satisfied with the service. I will definately be calling Roto- Rooter of Rochester again with any plumbing problems I have.
