Review content:
We had a water leak at our shut-off under our mobile home. All other plumbers wanted $75-$150 to just come out and ""diagnose"" the problem. I may not be a plumber, but I am not an idiot either, we had a leak at our shut-off valve, plain and simple. Roto-Rooter arrived, diagnosed the problem and prepared a statement of the cost at NO CHARGE. I then had the decision on whether or not to proceed. The price was reasonable and Joe Sewar completed the work on the spot. I had always avoided calling Roto-Rooter as I was under the misconception that they would be expensive, but I was wrong. Everyone at Roto-Rooter was pleasant from the woman who took my call to schedule service through Joe the service tech. He was very personable and we had a couple of laughs as well. Thank you Joe!!
