Review content:
The sales people are mean. I overheard some girl arguing with a customer over the phone while I was there about some kind of contractual thing. When we asked to see the puppies they asked us which one. They wanted us to choose from pictures on their website... they would not let us see the actual dogs without picking one so they could hide where the pups were kept. A little fishy. After talking with a few local vets in oxford I'm glad we walked away from this one.
