Review content:
I went to see Dr. Nicole Gillman for my annual Well woman's exam. I had to fill out all these forms asking me all these questions, which is pretty standard. However, what makes me upset is that when her assistant and doctor saw me they asked me the same questions that were on there, (medications taking, etc). Why bother to fill paperwork if they didn't even take a look at it.??! And I know they didnt take a look at them because I was never asked about the information that I put on there. Any good doctor would have asked me further questions on what I wrote and noted in the chart. When doctor was in there with me, she was ok, not great, not bad just ok. What made the service worst was that 3 weeks later I still have not heard back about my results. When I called the office, they told me that they only notify you if results are irregular. That is a big no, no, in the medical field (which I work in). DOCTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING ALL RESULTS TO THEIR PATIENTS. Regardless if it is good or bad results, they still need to contact you. When I told the drs assistant that, she was very rude and said that, they didn't do that. I just spent $270 dollars to see doctor and they can't spend .39 cents to mail me my results??!! Will never go back.
