its amazing how many phony ""GOOD"" reveiws there are for this establishment!!!!what a terrible salon!!!! from the start....walking in you are greeted by a creepy man who is arrogant!!! when i made my appointment for a mani/pedi to begin with...i talked to someone named Chris. well...apparently my appointment WASNT scheduled!! an d to make matters worse...he completely denied that i talked with him...but i could WAIT 15 minutes and someone would take me. 40 minutes later some girl with an attitude takes me to a very uncomfortable so called ""pedicure/manicure"" area! the girl comes back with a bowl like i make salads in.....quite strange!! and throughout my entire service, the employee complained on how she is a stylist and is forced to do these services due to the bosses being money hungry and selling coupons across every site possible!! i was annoyed and frankly embarrassed for the girl!!!Not to mention...every 5 minutes some female with bushy black hair kept whispering in her ear...how rude!!!pedicure was supposewd to be an hour......never even hit 25 min!! no massage.....horrible old polish...never completely dried...reall clumpy. Now its time for manicure....well.....the girl then tels me that all it entails is pusshing cuticles back (after a 5 sec soak) and paint. hate to tell you but a MANICURE service DOES include cutting cuticles!!!as with the pedi....no massage!!! so much for a relaxing ""90"" minute mani/pedi!! what a joke!!! dont waste your time or money here.....and i only gave it one star because there is not an option for zero!!
