Gentiana Salon has a lot of potential. 1. the location is excellent. 2. The salon itself is fairly large. However it is run very poorly and needs an attitude and environment make over. Here are my complaints I think the online coupons where a great marketing scheme, however Gentiana does not have 1. enough manicurist/pedicurist 2. enough colors for the clients to choose from 3. happy staff. Next time when offering a deal make sure you are staffed fully and have a true pedicure station with enough nail polish.\r
