My technician was great.? He put on shoe covers when he entered.? He listened intently as I explained what I knew about the issue.? He discussed with me before he started what he believed the problem to be.? He quoted me a reasonable fee and there were no hidden charges. He worked steady on the job.? When he was going to go up in my attic, he let me know first.? After he finished, he explained why the pipe was clogging (related to air conditioner) and explained how he cleared it through the attic line (because my? husband had tried to do it through the sink and that did not work.) He told me about the 90 day guarantee.? I paid with a credit card which made it easy.? He gave me paperwork about membership and told me about a product available for purchase (but did not push it on me.) He was super nice and I felt extremely comfortable with him in my home.
