Awful service. We not only overpaid for years for basic home insurance, but the price only increased.After attempted negotiations, I received a bill for even more money. Her only solution was to lessen my coverage..ridiculous, I made one call and am now saving close to $900 a year for the same insurance just a different provider..dodge this bullet, go with a company that actually cares about helping you and not just lining their pockets off your back. She made many excuses as to why we are paying more, even blaming the underwriter.she didn't know what to say when I asked isn't that what we pay an agent for? The underwriter isn't your client, I am.good riddance to bad rubbish
