I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I had arrangements to meet someone here to drop off my dog after I drove 14 hours to get here. I was lied to by the manager and left with no other options for my dog while I was on vacation. The next day, they denied that I had any prior drop-off arrangements, even after I had JUST spoke to Barks and Rec 45 minutes before my arrival! The owner acted like she didn't even care and couldn't even offer any type of reconciliation. This is no way to treat your customers. If they can treat their customers so poorly, how do we know how they will treat our pets?! Once I arrived in the parking lot I could even see the dogs that were being boarded in plain site! One dog was sitting in front of the window in his kennel room with easy access for anyone to break in and steal. A screen was even cut on the outside of one of the windows and one window had a huge crack in it. I couldn't even see a single light left on for the dogs inside. I feel sad for these animals. This is clearly an unsafe, poorly run facility with inexperienced employees. If you love your pet, please bring them to a safer place while you are away. P.S. If you don't pay a ton of extra money for day care while your dog is being boarded here, they leave them in their room all day long!
