Review content:
I have been to the Peachtree Rd office about 6 times. I too drive over an hour one way to get to their location. The first time I waited over 1 1/2 hrs to be taken back to the exam room. Then I waited over 30 min before the Dr. came in. I though maybe this was an exception. It was not. After the first appt, and the surgery, I waited almost 2 hrs ea time for him to spend less than 3 min with me. The Dr. is extremely competent. Some of the staff is haughty. The therapist is nice but "therapy" consisted of her handing me a sheet with instructions and taking me thru them once. Normal copay applied. I get that but I would be told at both front desks that this was a covered part after surgery only to be billed later. I have at least one more visit. I always take a thick book and tell my employer I will be there as quickly as I can. The surgery staff was excellent.
