Their employee came to replace a broken thermal switch and in the process, broke a second. They insisted on charging us for the piece they broke and made us pay prior to the repair. With freezing weather upon us, and an my elderly mother-in-law living with us, we had no choice but to comply to the rude tech. After complaining to the office, we were contacted by phone that they would refuse to service our HVAC any further because their tech "Got physical ill" after servicing our HVAC last.
