I/we are fairly new to this community (2 years) and therefore do not know service providers to trust. I had some required repair work done on my mazda and felt (and subsequently learned) that I had been charged excessively for the service performed. Sooo lesson learned! I did not take it back there again. I needed some more work done, brakes and a wheel cylinder so I asked around and Shawn's Auto came highly recommended. The entire experience from the initial phone call with Jen, to set up the appointment, to the work accomplished, (they explained in detail exactly what needed done and how they would be doing it). The final cost was even less than the estimates. How many times does that happen??? As far as I am concerned they need more stars to rate my level of satisfaction!! I am an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend Shawn's Auto Service for absolutely what ever you need done.
